What is SIAA Mark?
The symbols for KOHKIN were established by the Society of Industrial Technology for Antimicrobial Articles (hereinafter referred to as SIAA).
Products that meet the following three criteria carry the SIAA marks.
(*With the exception of fiber products. Fiber products carry the SEK marks separately.)
SIAA marks represent three types of security

The proportion of bacteria on the surface of the product is 1/100 or less of that on the surface of a non-treated product, and the antimicrobial effect remains after durability tests. Antimicrobial properties are determined from the results of tests conducted in accordance with the ISO 22196 international standard.

On exhibit are the types and treated parts of antimicrobial agents.

The criteria for safety established by SIAA have been met.
The SIAA marks represent self-certification and conformity to the guidelines of this Society by its members and the marks for disclosure of information on quality and safety indicate full disclosure of such information. The SIAA marks can only be used by SIAA members, and the Society monitors the operation of the labeling methods for strict market control of the voluntary standards.
What is Antibacterial?
Inhibiting bacteria for a long period is referred to as Antibacterial.
It is distinguished from pasteurization and eradication, which temporarily kills and eliminates bacteria.
Criteria for selection of treated anti-bacterial products

The SIAA brand mark is borne on products that are under quality control and information disclosure by the guidelines of the Society of Industrial Technology for Antimicrobial Articles based on the results evaluated by ISO22196 method.
If you choose products with the SIAA marks from the Society of Industrial Technology for Antimicrobial Articles, you can be sure of the safety and reliability.
What is Antiviral?
This refers to reducing the number of specific viruses on a product.
Selection criteria for antiviral products
